Pantos develops new company report for the Deutsches Aktieninstitut.

New name, new look, new style: the annual report of the Deutsches Aktieninstitut is now called “Kurvenlage” (literally: “Holding the road on bends”) and is published twice a year – planned, designed and implemented by Pantos. Meanwhile, the fifth edition was published.

The Deutsches Aktieninstitut with its registered office in Frankfurt, Berlin and Brussels represents German business interested in the capital market. Its 200 or so members are stock corporations listed on the stock exchange, banks, stock exchanges, investors and other important market participants. The task was the development of a new publication which was firstly to replace the existing magazine “Finanzplatz” (“Financial Centre”) and secondly to offer an alternative to the company report which has been published annually up to now.

A company report with the character of a magazine was created. In each case, a focus topic takes up current, public discussions; in-house and external authors express their opinions. Reports on projects, events and publications provide comprehensive information on the activities and successes of the Deutsches Aktieninstitut. The illustrative implementation, which is unusual for this sector, of statements and topics, a fundamental style element of the corporate design and already implemented, among others, in the image brochure and in the web presence also defines the layout here and thus creates an unmistakable appearance. Large lead images, combined with numerous other illustrations, give the report an autonomous character and offer a flexible framework in order to integrate different photo material.

The report is rounded off by several double pages spread across the content that are devoted to the topic of “historic shares” – this time by companies from the pharma industry.

The numerous positive reactions to the company report show that the target group can be made enthusiastic about a new surprising concept.
